Entire Spacious House in New Jersey

Tito was very responsive and promptly answered my questions or addressed situations. I thought the bed was extremely comfortable. I didn't plan to cook, but the kitchen was spacious and had the refrigerator and microwave I needed--and there was a Dunkin right around the corner. It has what looks like a great shower (which I couldn't figure out), and Tito is going to write out instructions for future guests. The location was convenient for the family I was visiting in Maplewood, and it is also very easy to reach the Garden State Parkway and the greater NYC area.

The parking area was full, and it was hard to avoid blocking in the school busses or other vehicles. Tito told me he is going to try to get a dedicated space for his guests, which would be very helpful. The apartment doesn't have much furniture other than the basics--bed, sofa, coffee table, and TVs--it is rather empty and seems like a work in progress. Some other small amenities that I usually find in short-term rentals were not provided (dishtowel, bedside lamp, coffeemaker, small kitchen table, etc.). So while it was comfortable as a place to sleep at night, which was all I used it for, it wasn't a place where I would want to hang out. In short, it felt like more of a bachelor pad, while I am an older woman with different expectations.

Very convenient location. Close to everywhere I needed to go. It was clean, comfortable and modernly decorated. The host was awesome, polite and very accommodating.

the parking, it was a bit confusing at first but i like that it's closed in and not out on the street.
