Nice place and host was very respectful and responsive.

No breakfast I had a warmth welcome everything was ok ,in place no obstacles. But at the last minute I met a lady who was sociable very polite. So I had a good time. Very satisfied. The only thing I don’t like stairs because of my knees problems. I like the place.

The location was secure, and we felt comfortable exploring the neighborhood on foot. The master suite was impressively spacious, and the king-sized bed was both large and exceptionally comfortable. There was no smoking smell or any other disturbing smells on site. Furthermore, I felt secure throughout my stay, noting that my belongings remained undisturbed whenever I returned to the room.

I booked the Master King Suite, which included a private bathroom; however, my initial impressions were disappointing as the room did not meet my expectations. While the space appeared clean upon entry, it was quite sterile and lacked essential amenities. The room contained only a bed, a dresser, a small desk, a fan, and an empty bar cart with an electric kettle, but there were no cups, coffee, or tea provided. The bathroom was similarly sparse, lacking hand soap, hand towels, and basic complimentary toiletries such as shower gel or shampoo. Overall, the room felt empty and devoid of any welcoming touches or decoration. While the Master King Suite is quite spacious, it lacks the thoughtful, chic decor necessary to make the space feel truly inviting. Additionally, while the shared living area and kitchen appeared clean from a distance, I was uncomfortable with the shared nature of these facilities, as I prefer private amenities. one man was seen shirtless in the kitchen rolling up his greens to go smoke. The overall atmosphere felt sparse and uninspired. Most importantly, I encountered a significant issue with ants in the room; while I understand this may be common during the summer, the infestation was frequent enough that insects were reaching the bed when sheets touched the floor so I hope the owner can fix that issue. Additionally, the walls were extremely thin, allowing sound to carry easily from the rooms above and adjacent to mine. This lack of soundproofing significantly impacted my ability to sleep, as the noise from neighboring televisions and other disturbances was consistently disruptive throughout my stay. While this property is suitable for a brief one- or two-night stay, I sincerely hope the owners will consider investing in further upgrades and more thoughtful interior decor to enhance the guest experience.
