Location was fine, beds were comfortable. Clean but the rugs and cabinets were barely holding on.
Lots of wear and tear. Main TV was broken, reported it first day. Response was that they would come the next day. If it wasnt for three days of rain and two small kids, wouldn’t have cared, but we kind of needed it. Never saw them, took the TV down from the third bedroom. And had a contractor come in to change HVAC filters while we were there. Not a huge deal, but couldn’t that be coordinated when the unit is being turned over? Also a back balcony staircase had and entire railing so loose if you touched it, it swung off the stairs.
