You won't have time to be 'Lazy' with all the great amenities there are to experience at this fantastic sound front home! The boardwalk leads right to the sound, ending at a small pier with benches and stairs to the water, providing a gorgeous place to drink in the fabulous, unobstructed views of sunsets over the Pamlico Sound. The sandy beach and dock provide the perfect opportunity for kayaking and kite surfing during your stay. Two levels of sundecks offer excellent deck furnishings. This retreat has been recently updated with new floors and new paint throughout.
Relax surrounded by beautiful decor and comfortable furnishings inside Lazy Daze. The two main bedrooms feature bathrooms with roll-in showers, each with a TV and DVD player. The great room with high ceilings and plenty of windows will offer a comfortable, relaxing place. Others can congregate in the kitchen with wooden cabinets and a refrigerator with an icemaker to grab a snack and discuss the day.
Four TVs and a VCR player will provide plenty of indoor amusement if you need a break from the beach. Books, games, and a shuffleboard table are also available for your enjoyment. Additional entertainment features include a 36-inch TV with a memory stick port and a DVD/CD player in the great room.
The list of great features goes on for Lazy Daze. You'll find a wet bar with a mini-fridge and microwave in the den, and a convenient elevator will take you to all levels of the home, perfect for transporting luggage and groceries. The seven-person hot tub will be a relaxing place to enjoy a refreshing beverage or one of those famous Outer Banks sunsets.
A private outdoor shower with a changing area provides added convenience for cleaning off. Fishermen will be delighted with the convenience of having a large fish cleaning station complete with double sinks and running water to clean their daily catches. Enjoy fishing for your daily catch from the end of the dock, where seasonal fish such as trout, red drum, and croakers have earned previous guests both NC saltwater fishing citations and delicious meals at the end of the day. The view and the dock were the best part of this home. Loved the location as well. Still not happy with vacasa for dishwasher not working the whole trip. Partial refund requested with no response. Floors needed to be cleaned as well. Home was beautiful but the cleaning fee was ridiculous considering that we had to do alot of cleaning ourself

This is a beautiful house and property however needs much maintenance and a deep thorough cleaning. The house was filthy. Vacuums were unusable. Vacasa was not responsive when we reported the dishwasher did not work. And, per guest book hadn't worked for more than a month even though it was reported. Disappointing and sad for such a beautiful house!

Great house on beautiful sound and dock was amazing for fantastic sound access.
Issues with VACASA sending us the wrong codes to get in for 20 hours. Communication was poor and luckily we found a broken sliding glass door to get in!! VACASA did refund some of our money for this ridiculous inconvience but needs to update their customer service lines and send lockout emergency numbers immediately!
House was clean but lacked bath towels until we called and texted many times. Kitchen needs to be updated. We did not have enough dishes/silverware or cookware for a house of 7. Decks and fishing gear were wonderful!
