ほぼほぼ全て。ホスピタリティ。挙げたら切りがない。 なので周囲のみ。 ①徒歩数十秒で行ける和食屋さん（茶寮一丈）が非日常的に美味しくて、旅行感がめっちゃ上がる ②2キロ以内にマックスバリュがあって、買い出しが容易 ③大室山や港など観光地にも近い

あえて挙げるなら ・坂がキツイ ・100インチくらいあるTVのリモコンがきかなかった（電池が切れてた？） ・お風呂場の引き戸のロックがかからなかった（使うこともないけれど） ・庭をタヌキが歩いていた（動物苦手な方はお気をつけて） ・備え付けのパーティグッズの話題を振るカードは、相当にデスゲーム（『氷柱』とか『シフト』について話すとは……） ・温水のシャワーだけ、なんか弱い（浴槽で入る分には問題ない） ・あと、まったくもって施設のせいではないけれど。眼鏡を踏み潰して運転が大変でした（予備は大事）

Beautiful property in Izu-Kogen. Cottage style with a stream behind it, I can hear it flowing beautifully throughout my stay. Very accommodating, they have pretty much everything you need for cooking, eating, nice Japanese style bathroom, two toilets. Clean and spacious property. Traditional Japanese Cottage, one room with western style beds and two rooms with futons and tatami. I love the smell of fresh tatami. Property is about 25minutes walk from Izu-Kogen Station, 20 minutes Aeon supermarket and nearby konbini. It will be better if you have vehicle to get around but we don’t mind the walk since the scenery is breathtaking. Going up hill you will see beautiful mountains and cherry blossom trees and going downhill, the sea view will cherish your soul. Five stations away to Ito and just need a bus ride to Omuro-yama. About 40 minutes walk to Jogasaki trail walk (beautiful coastline perfect for hiking). Looking forward to be back and stay longer to experience more Izu Peninsula.

設備が全体的に整っているので、何も困ることはありません。 清潔感もあり、子連れでも安心して過ごせます。 ネット環境も快適で、ワーケーションにも十分対応できそう。
