We recently stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Double room as a couple, booking through Agoda. Overall, we would rate our stay a 4/5 stars for the discounted price we got, though it would be a 3/5 stars at its regular rate. Here is our detailed breakdown: 1. Staff & Service: The staff members were incredibly welcoming and warm! However, a quick note for management: the housekeeping team might need a reminder to pre-fill the soap and shampoo dispensers, unless it's an official policy that guests have to request them first. 2. Room & Aesthetics: The room itself is spacious for couples and has a nice aesthetic. As a bit of constructive feedback for the owners: if you are aiming for a modern, simple concrete look, the floors should ideally be a finished grayish color. The current raw concrete floor gives off an "unfinished" vibe. The TV is also quite small and looks a bit like a picture frame on the wall. 3. Bathroom (CR): The bathroom is generally good. The only minor flaw is that the bathroom door has visible gaps, which means smells can easily escape into the room if your partner is using the toilet. 4. Location Warning: While the hotel is strategically located near Makati, Ayala Malls Circuit, and accessible areas, a quick warning to foreigners or first-time travelers: the surrounding neighborhood can feel quite shady, especially at night. Just exercise caution when walking around after dark. 5. Value for Money: At the Agoda discounted price of around *** per night, this place is absolute steal! However, at its regular price of *** per night, it feels a bit expensive for what it offers.

The place is clean, and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. I booked this stay for my girlfriend, and she said the interior was beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, it offers great value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

Not recommended place to stay .... no elevator... shampoo and bodywash container is empty.Informed there staff to refill but only promise but never happened.Followup to them thru sms but no reply.Towel is not white anymore its blackish in color.Flooring is very dirty. Location is also near the shanties and looks like unsafe.Not recommended at all and better look for another place.
