A historical, art deco building in the heart of South Beach, it is very centrally located, but can get loud at times because it is located in the middle of the party scene. Expect some city noise and occasional elevator delays or outages due to ongoing renovations.
Please note that the windows are sealed shut and cannot be opened. Also, Beach towels are available for borrowing at the front desk, where you can also exchange them for fresh ones for a fee.
