- Units have a microwave but no stove top.

We had a pleasant stay. Room was very clean and spacious enough to accommodate my daughter and I. Nothing fancy or special, but expected for the price. Our room faced Washington Ave. which was very busy and loud. If you are a light sleeper, beware. Two thing I would improve: 1-adding a mirror to the outside of the bathroom door so 2 people can get ready at the same time. 2- improve water pressure I. Shower

A friend and I stayed here for 4 nights over New Year's Eve weekend 2023-24 after a cruise. We would both stay here again as our experience was great!!!
The location is perfect - a short walk to Ocean Drive and the beach and there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
While the building is a bit older, the unit has been refreshed and was clean and well furnished. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. Kitchen is small but it is well stocked and we had everything we needed to have breakfast. The refrigerator was nice as we had breakfast items and snacks for our stay.
The owners were fabulous and all communication was clear and helpful.They recommended a nearby public parking garage that was convenient and reasonably priced. We got emails and texts checking in the day before our arrival and on the check-in day to make sure all was well. We had no issues, but reported a couple of things, and they responded and were helpful.They warned us that it might be noisy, but it was not really and we were there New Year's Eve!
This is also a hotel. For the condos, you check in with the hotel desk. All the staff were kind and helpful and welcoming.
