    From check-in to checkout, David made the experience genuinely pleasant. He came through on our request for a high floor and a spacious desk without any hassle. We did run into a couple of minor snags: a faint cigarette odor despite booking a non-smoking room, and a frying pan that turned out to be faulty. Both issues were handled quickly and to our full satisfaction. That kind of responsive service is what keeps guests coming back, and we'll definitely be returning.

    The host was very helpful and responsive, the building is fancy and the swimming area was great for kids. However, I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. First of all, it smelled like smoke, despite asking for a smoke free apt. The host graciously allowed me to see another vacant apt but it was only worse. We decided to hope the AC would freshen things up. Furthermore, there were Spiders and cockroaches in the kitchen, food still stuck to “clean” dishes in the cabinets, unnamed dried brown smears on the wall tiles in the bathrooms, and even stray cigarettes that my kids found around the apartment (new and used). Nothing seemed truly clean. The cleaners came and “cleaned” but didn’t even take out the overflowing trash below the sink. Supplies were low - had to ask for more than 2 spoons for our 3 bedroom apt. No hand towels or pool towels provided, etc. The host did give us a microwave to use which was nice. Overall, I don’t want to speak bad about the host or our service because everyone has been kind and responsive. However, the cleanliness cannot get a high rating.

    Too hasle in checking in because there is no front desk and need to contact him to come for the keys. The room is big which is nice but no slippers, and other basic necessities.
