Bed bugs were so bad I couldn't sleep in the bed I had to get up in the middle of the night & take a shower and sleep on the sofa to get some relief. My wife also suffered the same bites & couldn't sleep properly.
On check-in to our room there was only one dirty towel provided badly worn and stained with what looked like blood stains I complained & they lady apologized we were given 2 good towels but they were smelly.
The room was in bad condition lots of damage nothing like the photos on Agoda or other booking sites.
That address was wrong both on the map and in the address heading our tuk tuk driver drove up and down looking for it and it was very difficult to find.
There was no lift and ver odd stair height some of the lights didn't work in the room.
The bed linen had a cigarette burn in the bottom sheet and the dova cover had bed bugs.
The room was very smelly the usher came up and sprayed the room with deodorising spray.
However the air-conditioning worked well and was cold the bathroom was clean and the hot water was nice and hot. There was a very small fridge that worked well and they supplied toiletries and 2 coffee sticks and two bottles of water.
The cancellation policy only gave you 2 hours from the time of booking to cancel.
The hostel needs a huge renovation!
The staff were accommodating and helpful.
Sorry can't recommend this place.

Good and big room the one with balcony. I stayed many days there...price little bigfor what offer but ok for that area, not far from night market, with a river view from your room and your big balcony.
They never clean or change anything but if you ask you'll be ok.
Not fridge or tv but a big room with a big balcony. Internet, most of the time, ok. not always.
