The staff are genuinely welcoming, kind, and available to provide support throughout your stay.
The rooms are clean, in acceptable status of maintenance. The air conditioning functions well, and the shower provides reliable hot and cold water.
While some online reviews describe the walk up to the property as difficult, it is manageable. However, future guests should be aware that reaching the rooms does require a short uphill walk without stairs, on top of the initial stairs available to reach the reception.
Areas for Potential Enhancement
Pathways: Constructing proper steps along the incline between the reception and the rooms would make the walk significantly easier for guests.
Lighting: Installing adequate path lighting is essential, as the route becomes quite dark after sunset.
Property Development: The presence of several unfinished and unused bungalows creates a slight sense of missed potential, leaving room for the hotel to truly shine if fully completed.
