The sumptuous vacation rental NEO is an exceptional property located on the heights of St. Jean. Named as the mostbeautiful Caribbean villa in 2018, the luxurious decoration and choice of noble materials make this vacation rental a true St. Barths gem. Built on two levels, villa NEO was designed in a very chic and modern style. This outstanding vacation home features large rooms and glass surfaces which provide fantastic panoramic views over the ocean and the neighboring hills.
On the main level, the living room welcomes you in a large and comfortable space furnished with spacious sofas, under the ceiling opening onto the upper level. The dining room is ideal for having meals in a soft, luxurious and refined decor. The kitchen is perfect to prepare your meals and drinks, unless you prefer to call upon a private chef who can cook in a second kitchen especially designed for this purpose. There is also an entertainment room with a TV, a bar and a pool table, as well as a private disco room for late nights.
On the terrace, the panorama over the bay and the ocean is incredible, as far as your eyes can see. The outdoor facilities are exceptional: there is a large heated infinity swimming pool (30 meters long), an outdoor lounge, sunbeds and an alfresco dining room for your meals in the gentle trade winds. All is beautiful and majestic, in a nice setting of exotic tropical vegetation.
The luxury villa NEO welcomes you in six superb air-conditioned suites spread over the two levels of the property. Two of the bedrooms connect, although each has its own bathroom.
