This villais a luxurious and refined property with warm toned tropical wood decor. The spacious, open plan living room is comfortably furnished with sofas and banquettes under a beautiful honey colored, mansard ceiling with elegant lights. The large living room provides a delightful feeling of well-being and luxury in a warm atmosphere blown by the trade winds, or closed and air-conditioned as you wish.
The space leads to the professional and spacious kitchen with a black, lava stone-made center island. It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a wine cellar and cold storage. Under the covered terrace, there is a dining table which can accommodate up to fourteen people, with a breathtaking view over Marigot bay.
The large terrace of the villais a dreamy place, with a superb heated infinity swimming poolstretching on the width of the villa and seeming to merge with the deep blue ocean. Sundecks and a comfortable outdoor lounge with sofas provide a delightfully serene and quiet atmosphere under the sun, facing the perfect horizon.
