Welcome to Neo, a 6-bedroom ocean view villa that is perched on the sloping hillside in St Jean, in St Barts. The villa is based near the coastline of this Caribbean Island, only a short ten-minute walk will bring you to the famous St Jean Beach.
The luxurious decoration and choice of noble materials make this vacation rental a true St. Barths’ gem. Built on two levels, villa NEO was designed in a very chic and modern style. This outstanding vacation home features large rooms and glass surfaces which provide fantastic panoramic views over the ocean and the neighboring hills.
On the main level, the living room welcomes you in a large and comfortable space furnished with spacious sofas, under the ceiling opening onto the upper level. The dining room is ideal for having meals in a soft, luxurious and refined decor. The kitchen is perfect to prepare your meals and drinks, unless you prefer to call upon a private chef who can cook in a second kitchen especially designed for this purpose. There is also an entertainment room with a TV, a bar and a pool table, as well as a private disco room for late nights.
On the terrace, the panorama over the bay and the ocean is incredible, as far as your eyes can see. The outdoor facilities are exceptional: there is a large heated infinity swimming pool (30 meters long), an outdoor lounge, sunbeds and an alfresco dining room for your meals in the gentle trade winds. All is beautiful and majestic, in a nice setting of exotic tropical vegetation.
