The flat, with lift and concierge service, is located on the first floor of the elegant palazzo Margherita and overlooks the inner garden of the palazzo and that of the villa, now a museum, where Maestro Puccini lived and composed his opera Turandot.
The flat consists of an entrance corridor, living room with two armchair beds and smart TV, equipped kitchenette with access to the small service terrace, double bedroom complete with large built-in wardrobe, windowed bathroom with shower and laundry room. Equipped with wifi, independent heating system and inverter air conditioning with split in the bedroom and living room, the flat is suitable for all seasons of the year.
Viareggio is one of the pearls set in the sea of Versilia, a riviera renowned for its tourist resorts, wide sandy beaches and numerous attractions; it is precisely in Versilia that the most chic clubs famous throughout the world are to be found.
The long promenade that runs along the entire seafront allows pedestrians and cyclists to move around safely, offering all kinds of attractions for young and old.
A short distance away is the pine forest, which offers numerous attractions for children, with merry-go-rounds, bike rentals and numerous refreshment stands.
Completing the tourist offer is the port from which it is possible to visit the coast by sea with daily excursions.
Lucca, Pisa and the Cinque Terre can be visited within a short distance.
