Perfect stay in a beach resort

the home is fantastic. clean and with all you need. position and service are great. in the kitchen you find all you need to cook. oil,salt pepper everything is present. it have a separate room whit cleaning machine and fridge. the beds are comfortable and all is new.

during my stay the kitchen’s aspiration doesn’t work but I think is a temporary problem

Wonderful little place. Great to use as a base for exploring or just relax by the pool or beach.

Everything! Wonderful little place, great staff, lovely restaurant, probably the best pool in the strip - just big enough for proper swimming. Good base for travelling up the coast (20 minute walk to train station) and well situated to access plenty of lunch, dinner, and gelato options along the promenade. 10 minute walk from supermarket for essentials too.

Nothing that I didn't like, but would have loved a little breakfast bar/cafe on site.

Direct access to beach. House is nice and well equipped.

Wifi was not working. Poor mobile network signal also.

Superb

Well designed, well equipped, with pleasant furnishings. Large comfortable bed. No oven, but otherwise extremely well equipped kitchen, which I found easy to prepare meals in. Washing machine very convenient. Good location with direct beach access. Bus route outside. Train station not too far. Supermarket nearby, reached by walking across lovely forested city park. Easy self check-in and host available by What's App with any queries. Small things show effort to make stay easy eg washing liquids provided, salt and pepper and oil, serviettes, coffee,etc. Large market fills the promenade on Thursdays.

We stayed out if season and knew Lido would be closed. We worried this might make the accomodation feel isolated as it's the only one in the Lido . However,there were enough people around for this not to be the case. When weather was good the dusk passagiero took place on the promenade.

Superb

Very close tot beach with a private gate. Host was very helpful, organized a taxi to the station for our return and we could leave our bags a bit longer at the premises after checkout. Apartment was clean and well equipped

Exceptional

Wonderful location. You dont have to cross the street to get to the beach. The apartment has all the equipment to cook some great Italian dishes. The most important things for us were A/C and washing machine. I highly recommend this place for all people who want to visit Viareggio.

Relaks, słońce i puste plaże o tej porze roku.

Lokalizacja fantastyczna, pięknie urządzony domek, przestrzeń na odpoczynek (sypialnia, salonik, strefa przed domkiem), do przygotowania posiłków. Bardzo życzliwi i kontaktowi gospodarze. Mieliśmy możliwość skorzystania z dodatkowych akcesoriów potrzebnych do odpoczynku: leżaki, fotele.

Viareggio to piękne miejsce warte odwiedzenia

Fajne przemyślane wnętrze :) Dużo dodatków które przypominają, że jesteśmy 30 metrów od plaży. Dobra lokalizacja na kilka dni włoskich wakacji na wybrzeżu. Wyposażenie podstawowe ale dobre.

Mimo informacji na bookingu obiekt nie posiada czajnika, wodę gotowaliśmy w garnku. Dobra lokalizacja blisko morza powodowała też niestety bliskość baru co wieczorami generowało hałas. Opróżnianie śmieci codziennie o 8:20 służyło za budzik. Jeśli nie przeszkadza wam takie sąsiedztwo i atrakcje to jest to miejsce idealne :) Kontakt z Rebeccą miły i szybki ale wymagany. W obiekcie nie znajdziemy dużo informacji. O wszystko trzeba pytać bezpośrednio przez whatsup (np: hasło do wi-fi) Pamiętajcie: W kwietniu Viareggio przygotowuje się do sezonu więc prace budowlano-remontowe w okolicy gwarantowane.
