    It was an amazing experience staying at Casa Amihan! They provide complimentary drinks, although sadly, I wasn’t able to have them because I couldn’t find them in the fridge. The room has a flat-screen TV, a nice bathroom, air conditioning, and complete guest kits. I also really liked how convenient everything was—whenever I needed something, all I had to do was message them, and they would accommodate me right away. Overall, I had a great and comfortable stay!

    I was honestly so tempted to gatekeep Casa Amihan after our trip but some places deserve the recognition they get. The self check in was probably my favorite part. it was seamless, hassle free, and made everything feel so easy from the moment we arrived. the customer service is outstanding. (nit exaggerating). location is also perfect, close to all the popular spots. Thank you, Casa Amihan, for being such a safe and cozy space while we slowed down for a night. we'll definitely be back.

    What was supposed to be a spontaneous getaway with family and friends turned into an absolute nightmare. Everything seemed fine when we checked in, but about an hour later, when heavy rain started outside, the aircon inside Room 4 began leaking severely. It was literally pouring like heavy rain inside the room and flooded the floor. Since I was focused on working on my laptop, I didn't notice right away, because who would ever expect an indoor leak like that? Our clothes, my book, and my laptop charger (which were on the bench below the aircon) were completely soaked. Not only did this ruin the trip for my son and me, but it also forced me to buy a replacement charger out-of-pocket. To make matters worse, the heavy rain back in Manila delayed me from buying a new charger immediately, leaving me unable to use my laptop and forcing me to spend days catching up on missed tasks. While the caretaker was very nice and helpful, the owner/contact person was incredibly unreliable. I called their contact number multiple times during this emergency, but no one answered, and they took forever to reply to my texts. I wasn't able to upload videos of the heavy leak here, so I've attached photos instead. Although they eventually gave us a full refund, having to pack up and transfer to another transient place in the middle of terrible weather was a massive hassle.
