    I would like to commend the excellent cleanliness of the room and the outstanding hospitality of the staff, especially Raju. He went above and beyond his responsibilities to assist us.

    Great location and staff, but a minor cleanliness issue. Location-wise, it’s perfect: a 3-minute walk to the Gangtok Ropeway and 5–10 minutes to MG Road. The staff was very courteous and helpful. My only complaint is that we spotted a few insects coming out of the bathroom in one of our rooms.

    The rooms were clean with reliable hot water and well maintained baathrooms adding to the comfort. The staff were helpful, and the location was convenient. Only thing off was the balcony, a building stands right in front of the balcony blocking the view, only 1/3rd part of the balcony is unblocked.
