    We were families with kids. And was going to Ooty. We were having flights from Coimbatore and hence decided to stay near airport. For that reason, this is perfectly well hotel - location wise. Staff is helpful and they have almost all facilitates available at premise. However, food is not great and food service is way too slow. They don’t have much options in food. Not great for veg people. But location is good that you can go outside and eat at 5-10mins distance by road. Rooms were clean and big. However, each room has different layout and some are good while others are terrible. AC is placed very wrong place in some rooms that it doesn’t get cool in every part of room equally. They had problem of mosquitos a lot. We found spiders and cockroaches in one of the rooms. We were there for 2 nights and it is still value for money.

    Dont recommend this hotel , we booked a large bed they given a twin bed , then we compalaint abiut this in reception they waited almost 30 mins and given the large room , if you are couple they behaviour is not good , the recption person in night he is very rude and he asked to show the marriage certificate as proof , we shared that then only they allowed the room , wrost experience
