The hotel is very good but breakfast price is outrageous for what you get...

Overall, the hotel had quite a few drawbacks for me. The room did not even have a small refrigerator which was the biggest negative point for our stay. I hadn’t paid attention to this when booking, but I thought that even the smallest fridge is a basic necessity in a double room. When we asked about it, we were told that a room with a refrigerator would cost an extra €45. Since I stayed for three nights, that worked out to €15 per day just to have a fridge. The windows could not be opened. When we asked why, explaining that we might not want to use the air conditioning and would prefer to sleep with the window open, we were told that opening the windows was not possible. The bathroom had no ventilation fan. (Second big negative point for us) Daily housekeeping was not provided automatically, we were told that we needed to request it in advance. I never found out whether this service was free or paid, cause we prefer to not request it at all. There were stains on the bed linens. The room did not include basic complimentary amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste or even standard tissues. When I arrived in the morning, the hotel entrance area was dirty. I assumed it would be cleaned later, but when I returned in the evening, the same dirt was still there. Since it was a short stay, this was my first time choosing a 3-star hotel, and I realized that hotels of this category are probably not suitable for us. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, the rooms were not overly outdated, and the lobby was decent, clean, and pleasant enough. Overall, it was a typical 3-star hotel experience.
