    Great for large famalies, walking distance to Ninja Museum and Tea Ceremony experience. We did not include breakfast and enjoyed a local bagel shop and Paul Cafe which is a stone throwaway. The check-in process was fully digital put not a great experience other than that, awesome stay!

    My wife and I stayed at Soyo-ka Kyoto Sanjo twice in two months, as the location is unbeatable for exploring the city. During our second stay, we were pleased to find our room much larger and equipped with a proper bathtub compared to our first visit. The only minor disappointments from our first stay were the lack of a minibar stocked with beer and sake, and the absence of an outside view, as all the windows used opaque glass. While our first room faced the street, the second was at the back of the building, surrounded by neighboring properties. Despite these small points, this is definitely a place we would love to visit again.

    The amount of space was exceptional in space starved Kyoto. The room facilities were great as well. The location was exceptional in a very fashionable neighborhood. Turn right or left upon exiting and there is an abundance of shops, cafes and eats. It didn't feel heavily trafficked by any means. Personless check in just never feels as hospital as a person waiting there with a warm smile. There is a person available but not in a typical hospitality model. Exceptional hospital personel and their availability, will separate you from the competition. Thank you.
