This darling cottage in the sweetest village made our stay in the English countryside so. Memorable. Worth the little further drive to all the Cotswolds sites in order to be out of the traffic and touristy areas! Authentic town, authentic people, and authentically sweet cottage!

Honey Bee Cottage is simply wonderful. The cottage itself is full of character and charm — a genuine 17th-century thatched cottage with exposed beams, a cosy fireplace and a lovely private garden. It's incredibly romantic, like stepping into a storybook. The village of Hornton is stunning — peaceful, picturesque, with beautiful stone houses. The location is also perfect as a base for exploring: we visited so many amazing places nearby — the Cotswolds villages, Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon and more, all within easy reach. Everything was spotless and well equipped, and we felt at home from day one. We would return without hesitation. Highly recommended for couples and families alike!
