About this apartment rental
The old rectory welcomes you with a cozy hallway. The covered and fully fenced courtyard offers ample space for bicycles, strollers, and other items.
Upon entering the house, the first double bedroom is on the left, followed by the second and third bedrooms.
While the second bedroom has a double bed and a small toilet, the single bedroom has only a single bed and is only accessible via the second bedroom.
On the first floor are the shower room, the kitchen, and a large living/dining room.
From here, you have access to the large terrace overlooking the cemetery and the basilica.

We never met the host directly but communication was clear and timely. The unit itself is even better than described. The pictures do not do it justice. Location is within walking distance to all of the things we wanted to do in Seligenstadt. The view from the deck on the second floor overlooks a cemetery but the river is right on the other side. Basilica Seligenstadt is right next door and worth the time to visit. We were able to park on the street in front of the unit most nights but during the weekend traffic picks up for the Christmas markets. There is a parking lot just a few hundred meters away. If I had any complaint at all it would be the bedding. I prefer a firmer mattress and firmer pillows. And an extra blanket for my wife would have been nice. As I said, personal preference and hard to complain about it. The living space was very warm and comfortable. A nice place to return to after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. The people in Seligenstadt are super friendly and active.
