Our newly renovated vacation rental (2025) offers approximately 140 m² of spacious living area for up to 6 people—and, upon request, can accommodate up to 8 people. The property is located in the idyllic region of Südbrookmerland, in the quiet neighborhood of Hinter-Theene, nestled on a cul-de-sac with no through traffic. Here you can relax, enjoy nature, and unwind from the stresses of everyday life. The apartment features modern amenities, bright rooms, and a well-thought-out layout—ideal for families, friends, or couples who want to spend a relaxing time together in East Frisia. Numerous attractions, such as the Große Meer, Greetsiel, Emden, and Norddeich, are within easy reach. Cyclists and nature lovers will also find plenty to enjoy here.
Note: Starting April 1, 2026, the municipality of Südbrookmerland will charge a 3% lodging tax on the total price. This amount is to be paid directly to the landlord.
