Welcome to The Comfy Coyote, your bold and vibrant Modern Southwest escape in San Antonio. This 5-bedroom, 3-bath estate sleeps up to 16 guests and is packed with fun from the private pool and mini golf to the ultimate game room with bunks, ping pong, arcade, and a built-in slide for kids. Pool heating is available year-round for an additional fee, making it easy to enjoy the pool even on cooler days.

✦ The Comfy Coyote includes one sleeping area on the main floor that is a converted garage/game room is not a traditional bedroom. This space features full-over-full bunk beds and is best suited for children or younger guests.
✦ All traditional bedrooms are located upstairs. The downstairs sleeping area does not have a bathroom directly adjacent and requires a longer walk, which may be inconvenient during nighttime hours.
✦ Due to the stair layout and bedroom configuration, this home may not be the best fit for guests with mobility concerns or for those who require a bedroom and bathroom on the same level. We always want our guests to be comfortable and encourage anyone with accessibility needs to reach out before booking so we can help determine if the home is a good fit.

✦ The home’s air conditioning system is equipped with an energy-saving feature that helps prevent excessive energy use. If any of the downstairs exterior doors are left open, the AC will automatically shut off.

The host was very responsive and the house was in excellent condition. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating for group meals and the kitchen had lots of dinnerware (plastic and glass). One note: the bunk room is in a converted garage on the first floor and all other rooms are upstairs. We ultimately only used the bunk room as a daytime play space because it was so far from the other rooms. The bunk room also has an emergency exit (locked with a deadbolt) that leads directly into the side yard, where kids could access the pool or the side gate (kept unlocked for the owner to access trash cans and the pool team to clean the pool).The house is in the middle of a neighborhood and we felt very safe.

This place was great for 3 families for a week long stay. The pool, hottub and kids room were all a hit. The location was convenient to see what San Antonio had to offer. SeaWorld was about 30 min away and everything else we did was less than 20min away.
