To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. The house is great—there are plenty of places at the house for each person in your party to enjoy. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee around the fire pit outside. Some people would sit on the deck, some were enjoying the fire, and others were inside. We really enjoyed the space. Few complaints:Not enough towels. We used some of the beach towels as bath towels. Not enough toilet paper. There were no extra rolls anywhere in the house. One bathroom had one 3/4 of a roll. Some parts of the house seemed untouched/never cleaned. Overall, it was a good stay but the group was a little worried about restroom use at the end of the trip.

Property was as decribed. However, we did not really get to enjoy the pool and outside amenities due to "noise" complaints. Regardless of how mindful we were of our noise(being in backyard and pool side possibly the basket ball pool hoop ). The kitchen sink kept getting clogged and the sink was not working properly making it difficult to use when needed. Other than that the house was nice and it was a great stay.

We had an amazing time. This house accommodated the whole family of every age from toddler to adults. No fighting over tvs, hot tub and pool were perfect. Play area was great. Overall we had a great relaxing time with the family.
