For a classic local experience, enjoy a lovely roast dinner and a cold pint at The Cormorant pub, close to Portchester Castle, which is only a 20-minute walk away. There’s also a beautiful walking route along the castle and waterfront, perfect for a leisurely stroll. You’re also just a short drive from Port Solent, where you’ll find waterfront restaurants, cafés, and a cinema.

Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.

Pets are not allowed upstairs on beds or on the furniture.

Travel cots and high chairs are available for £25 each. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that beddings and sheets are not provided for the cots.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.

Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150.
No parties or large groups allowed.
