Cocoonr is pleased to offer you this new, spacious flat for rent, located in a new district at the foot of the Quays of Bordeaux. Located on the 7th floor, accessible by a recently built lift, L'Esprit Lumière is warm, friendly and extremely bright. It has a large terrace and can comfortably accommodate two people.
L'Esprit Lumière is fully furnished and equipped, so all you have to do is put down your suitcases. Thanks to its spacious layout, you'll enjoy every comfort for an unforgettable stay. Just a short walk from all the shops and transport links.
L'Esprit Lumière has the following layout:
- A beautiful, bright living room with a comfortable lounge area, sofa, coffee table and large flat-screen TV.
- A large, open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine... And a convivial central island for your meals.
- A very quiet double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200).
- A large bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC.
- Separate WC.
- A beautiful 20 m² terrace
A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available for your convenience.
Quality sheets, towels and tea towels are provided, as well as a few coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, etc., and your bed is made up on arrival. For optimum comfort!
Of course, Wi-Fi is available and free!
