About this house rental
5-10 min walk to the Winooski circle, 5 min drive to the heart of Burlington, the bike path and great restaurants. We've curated the place to feel cozy and like home! Full Kitchen, designated workspace with high speed WiFi, smart TV with all of the streaming Apps, and 2 King Beds.
Due to our location being centrally located to downtown Winooski, E Spring Street can be busy with traffic and cause some additional noise. The city of Winooski is also 10 min from the BTV airport, so you do hear planes overhead occasionally.
The space:
Built in the 1920's, this centrally located triplex has the old feel charm with some nice improvements. We have curated the space to feel warm and inviting, so that you can enjoy your weekend or a longer stay. Local VT art, historic maps and guides; all play tribute to Winooski and VT. The space offers two king beds. Plenty of dresser, closet space to unpack your belongings. A designated work-space with warm lighting, in case you need to get some work done before hitting the town. We've provided warm lighting, king pillows, super soft white bedding, bedside wireless charging capabilities, a dresser in each bedroom, and closet, so you can easily unpack and unwind. The living area has a large couch, accompanied by a Smart TV with streaming services, fun reads to pick through as you sit back and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, full stove and oven. We also offer complimentary coffee and tea. The unit also has salt/pepper and olive oil. There is a large side patio and 2nd entrance, where you can lock and store your bikes, we just ask to keep it tidy.
We also offer a kids high-chair and Pack N Play. We know traveling with little ones can be a little more work, so please enjoy those amenities. We do ask you to provide your own pack N play sheet.
We really hope you enjoy the space and have the best time exploring Winooski and greater Burlington.

Enter Unit B on E. Spring Street. You will use the front door marked ‘58 B'. Use keypad to enter. Code will be sent before check-in. Please park on Spring st, in front of unit, but follow any no parking signs posted.
Other things to note:
It's an old building, built in the 1920's, so please be considerate on the plumbing. It is also a triplex, so there could be other guests both above you and below. We ask all guest to follow quiet hours after 10pm, and no large parties. Thank you!
How to get to downtown Winooski aka 'the circle'…head south on Barlow Street, right onto E. Allen Street, landing you right at the top of the Circle! Bars, restaurants, shopping all await your arrival. A 5-10 minute walk or 2 min drive.
