Welcome to Apartment 1 in the Delphin apartment building – your cozy getaway on the North Sea! The holiday apartment is located in a quiet yet central location directly behind the former harbor of Friedrichskoog, just a few steps from the dike and the seal sanctuary.
In the surrounding area you will find everything you need for relaxing days: a bakery, a small supermarket, fish restaurants and a few shops are within easy walking distance.
Inside, you'll find a bright and lovingly furnished apartment, ideal for families, couples, or friends. There are two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed, and the other with either a double bed or two single beds – depending on your preference. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to six people.
The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook, while the living room, with its TV, games, and small reading corner, offers cozy hours for all ages. A highchair is available for families, and a washing machine is also at hand should your holiday get a little muddy. Outside, there's a covered seating area with a barbecue and a garden for playing or relaxing.
Arrival is flexible: You can easily obtain the key via a code or we can greet you personally – whichever suits you best.
Dogs are not allowed in the apartment.
Please note that due to work on the dike systems, there will be closures in 2025 and direct access to the water at Friedrichskoog-Spitze is unfortunately not possible at this time.
