About this house rental
In these little holiday cottages, situated just behind the dyke in Friedrichskoog-Spitze, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Surrounded by meadows and fields, the holiday cottage village is nestled in the heart of nature and just a few steps away from the Wadden Sea National Park. Thanks to the flexible daily rate system, there are options to suit every budget and type of holiday, from a spontaneous short break, a long, relaxing summer holiday, or a getaway in the off-season, when you can feel the wind in your hair on the dyke and the North Sea can be particularly thrilling. The house is ideal for the colder months in particular, as the bathroom features your very own private sauna, perfect for warming up properly after a day in the fresh air. Afterwards, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa and enjoy the glow of the (bioethanol) fire in the living room. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen is ideal for cosy cooking sessions with your loved ones. Your own terrace is perfect for long sunbathing sessions, barbecue evenings or a leisurely breakfast with freshly baked rolls. Thanks to a sofa bed in the living room, the house can accommodate up to six people. The holiday homes are situated next to the small centre of Friedrichskoog-Spitze, directly behind the dyke, just a few metres from the Wadden Sea National Park. From the holiday home village, you can quickly reach Friedrichskoog with its famous seal sanctuary and large pirate playground. On site, there is a charging station for two electric cars in the large car park (for a fee). It is not possible to charge electric cars directly at the holiday homes. Some of the photos may show examples of similarly built holiday homes. The colour of the furnishings and the house may vary.

Buchung, Anreise, Check in, Aufenthalt, Check out und Abreise alles hat hervorragend geklappt.
Bei der Anreise wurden wir am InfoPoint sehr herzlich und freundlich begrüßt. Alles bezüglich der Buchung An und Abreise der Abrechnung für die Nebenkosten usw. wurde uns ausführlich erklärt und weicht von der Beschreibung in der Buchung nicht ab.
Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Objekt entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Wir haben in unserem Ferienhaus in Sachen Ausstattung nichts vermisst im Gegenteil es war von allem (Besteck/Geschirr) mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Allgemein ist die Ausstattung (für ein so kleines Häuschen) sehr gehoben wie ich finde. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine Sauna....
Das Objekt war sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Ich habe zum Punkt Sauberkeit einen Stern abgezogen da in den Ecken der Dusche noch Reste von Sand zu sehen waren. Da sollte eventuell mal nachgebessert werden. Ich versteh das Gäste vom Strand kommen und ihren Sand da abladen aber trotzdem...
Das war allerdings auch das einzige ansonsten war wirklich alles tip top.
Das Objekt sowie den Anbieter Novasol für die Region Friedrichskoog-Spitze kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen.
