The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, and electric kettle, leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom features a comfortable shower, and some chalets also have a guest restroom. The balcony, spacious terrace, private sauna, and hot tub invite you to relax—here you can leave the stresses of daily life behind and enjoy the tranquility of the Bavarian Forest. The chalets at the Zipflwiese vacation village in Sankt Englmar combine Alpine charm with modern comfort. Bright, natural wood construction, an open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a modern bathroom (some with a guest restroom), a terrace or balcony, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and heated floors create a cozy atmosphere. Stylishly furnished in a modern Alpine style, large windows provide plenty of natural light and views of the surrounding greenery. Parking is available. The deposit is 40% of the total cost of your stay. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Check-out is between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. Tourist tax: 0–5 years: free; 6–15 years: 1.40 EUR/night/person; 16 and older: 2.30 EUR/night/person. THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE AND WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY! A booking confirmation, including the deposit amount, will be sent to you by the owner after booking. All payments will be settled directly with the owner. Two pets are allowed for a fee of 20 EUR per pet per night. A crib can be provided upon request for a fee of 5 EUR per night.
