This stunning waterfront property perched on the hillside with sweeping views over Pittwater, offers privacy and a private rockpool, jetty and boathouse — perfect for launching paddleboards or watching golden hour from the water’s edge.
With three bedrooms across split levels, the home is ideal for families or small groups seeking space to relax and reconnect. Soak in the spa bath, curl up by the fire, or shower off under the sun in the outdoor shower.

Tucked away in one of Avalon’s most peaceful waterfront pockets, this home offers privacy and direct access to the calm waters of Pittwater — perfect for paddling, boating, or soaking up the serenity.
🛍️ Avalon Village (5 mins drive) is home to boutique shopping, cafes, groceries and yoga studios.
🏖️ Avalon Beach and Whale Beach are both within 10–12 mins drive.
🚶♂️ The area is known for its scenic walking trails, ocean swims, and relaxed village charm.
Palm Beach, Clareville and Newport are all close by, making this a perfect base for exploring the Northern Beaches.
🚕 Uber and local taxis are available, though wait times can vary — we recommend pre-booking if travelling during peak hours or evenings.
🚌 Bus 192 stops approx. 100m from the house (corner of Shore Brace & Riverview Rd) and runs to Avalon Village. Alternate Keogh local bus service can be prebooked and is reliable for getting to the B-Line bus at Mona Vale
🅿️ Free parking available in the carport for two standard-sized cars, plenty of free street parking.
