ANIMALS: Pets are not allowed.
EVENTS: Parties or events are not permitted.
FINAL CARE: We ask that you do not leave rubbish or unwashed dishes at check-out (avoiding extra cleaning fees).
Note: Non-compliance with the rules may result in termination of stay without refund.

Great location for golfers. We were only a 5-minute drive from the Pinhal Golf Course and the Marina. The apartment is in a very quiet area, which is exactly what we wanted after a long day on the course. The 'winter and summer' terraces are a great touch—we had breakfast in the sun every morning. The only minor thing is the check-in time starts at 5 pm, but the team at SAPvillas allowed us to drop off our bags at their office, which was very helpful

We had a brilliant stay at Cimo do Monte Natur. Being a ground-floor apartment was perfect for us as we have young children—having direct access to the pool area from the terrace made life so much easier.The apartment was spotless and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a lifesaver during the August heat. Highly recommended for a stress-free family break
