This inviting waterfront home features three spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. The bathroom includes a modern walk-in shower, while the open-concept living area offers the perfect space to unwind with TV, board games, and ocean views.
The kitchen comes fully equipped for meal preparation, with a dining area that seats the whole group. Modern conveniences include WiFi with signal booster, heat pump heating and cooling, washer and dryer, plus family-friendly amenities like a portable crib and high chair.
Step outside to your private waterfront paradise: a dock for fishing or boat access, garden firepit for evening gatherings, BBQ grill for alfresco dining, and comfortable seating areas to soak in the spectacular bay views. Ample private parking is available on-site.

Pets Welcome: We're happy to host well-behaved pets for a $200 per pet fee. Please notify us in advance and supervise your pet at all times.

Wildlife: The area is home to seals, deer, and other wildlife. Please observe from a respectful distance and never approach or feed wild animals.
Water Safety: The private dock and waterfront access are available at your own risk. Children and pets must be supervised near the water at all times.
