Villa Sant'Amis, on an old olive grove on the Bonifacian plateau, is a charming Balinese house in exotic wood, on the road from Sant'Amanza to Bonifacio, 3 km from its center, and 3 km from the beaches. This villa, on a private plot of 2000m2, is composed of: 2 bungalows arranged in an L shape of 44 m2 each, a large terrace sheltered by a pergola, a swimming pool between the 2 bungalows, a bar-plancha area,....
The villa can accommodate from 2 to 6 (7) people depending on the period (rates for 2 in Low Season inquire).
The house is therefore composed of 2 magnificent isolated and air-conditioned bungalows:
The first is composed of 2 bedrooms with separate dressing room of 15m2 each, a large central bathroom and a separate toilet.
The second bungalow is composed of a master suite of 17 m2 (bedroom + private bathroom), a separate toilet, a living-kitchen area of 26m2 opening onto a terrace sheltered by a pergola.
At the end of the terrace, a small bar area with plancha covered from the sun and rain........
Villa Sant'Amis is on a reserved plot of 2000m2, with a large garden with maquis and olive trees, ping-pong table, sheltered plancha bar area, private swimming pool, terrace with large round table under a pergola, outdoor sofa, 2 large outdoor pouf, hammock..........

The path to the house is private, with parking at the end of the road next to the house. The owners welcome you on site on the day of your arrival, and will be happy to show you the way if necessary.....
