This wonderful property is in a gated community of Costa Montaña, which provides 24 hour security.
Guests will be escorted by a representative of Costa Rica Las Villas/Osa Property Management for check-in. Check-in must be completed by 8:00 pm. For check-ins between 8 pm and 10 pm there is a $50 fee and approval must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No check-ins or arrivals after 10 pm. For security and safety reasons, we cannot leave keys outside a property for pick up later. Osa Property Management reserves the right to not grant access if guests are arriving after 8 pm.
The property is 100% private with no shared spaces.
Home is accessible by any SUV/AWD/4x4. Smaller automobiles may not make it to the home.
Our partnership with Epic Costa Rica Tours provides all Guests access to a full-time Concierge Team.
They will reach out to you after the reservation is confirmed to help ensure you have a wonderful experience in Costa Rica. They'll:
a) Help secure private transportation during your time at this wonderful property, and/or transportation to/from San Jose International Airport (or any other airport).
b) Line up private tours
c) Make dinner reservations
d) Provide tour recommendations

The property was beautiful and extremely large. Perfect for our large family. It was secluded yet close to most adventures and shopping. Although we lost power and had a water issue, management was very quick to fix the problem. Super cool place to stay....Wish the house was forsale!

Really nice quiet place surrounded by a fun jungle. House was very clean and super spacious. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with utensils.
