Welcome to the Haus Wattblick Ground Floor vacation rental—a charming retreat nestled in the heart of Braderup’s natural surroundings, between heathland trails and the sea breeze. The apartment combines modernized living spaces on the first floor with the cozy, slightly more rustic character of the lower level, creating an atmosphere that harmoniously blends Nordic simplicity with the island’s authentic charm. Nestled in the unique landscape of Braderup, just a short walk from the Braderup Heath and the Wadden Sea, this is a place to breathe deeply, unwind, and feel at ease—ideal for guests seeking the tranquility and authenticity of the island.

With approximately 80 m² of space, the vacation rental can accommodate up to five people—though it’s ideal for four guests who prefer a bit more room. The two-story layout provides both shared spaces for gathering and cozy retreats, including a separate single room that’s particularly well-suited for children or for working while on vacation.

On the first floor is a bright living and dining area where Nordic minimalism and cozy elegance harmonize perfectly. A comfortable sofa arrangement invites you to relax, while the adjacent dining area, with a view of the garden, provides the ideal setting for shared meals. The open kitchen is modernly equipped—with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, and everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

From here, you can step out onto the east-facing terrace, which features garden furniture and a beach chair. In the early morning, the first light of day streams in here—perfect for breakfast in the sun or a quiet cup of coffee while the island slowly awakens. If you like, you can lie down on the lawn in front of the terrace, listen to the birds singing, and feel the soothing tranquility that makes this place so special.

On the first floor is a lovingly decorated bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.60 × 2.00 m). The room is bright, quiet, and equipped with a spacious closet and a large full-length mirror—ideal for feeling completely at home even while on vacation.
In the basement (accessible via a somewhat steep staircase with a handrail on one side), another generously sized bedroom awaits you with a double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m). Here, space takes center stage—perfect for restful nights and a sense of openness, even on the lower level.
The small single room, featuring a single bed, a desk, and a closet, is ideal for children or as a quiet workspace if you’d like some time to work or read during your stay.

Two bathrooms provide additional comfort: one on the first floor with a bathtub, and one on the lower level with a shower—both windowless but well-maintained and fully equipped. A washing machine is also available for your use.

A special highlight of this accommodations are the shared pool—a real rarity on Sylt. Here, you can enjoy a quick dip on warm days or relax and unwind after a walk in the heath.

The vacation rental includes a private, free parking space (No. D8) right next to the house. Bicycle parking is available in the courtyard (parking directly in front of the front door is not permitted).

Across the street, Café Curve invites you to enjoy delicious cake or a leisurely breakfast, and walks through the Braderup Heath or along the Wadden Sea start practically right outside the door.
