In this middle section of the house, located right next to the village pond in Wenningstedt, you’ll find a cozy, comfortable atmosphere spread over 4 levels, furnished in a country-style.
On the first floor, you’ll find a small entryway with a coat rack:
Living/kitchen/dining area: A well-equipped country-style kitchenette with an adjoining dining area that seats up to 4 people. The cozy living area, complete with a TV, sofa corner, and armchair, invites you to relax. From the living area, you have access to the furnished south-facing terrace with its own beach chair.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor:
Bedroom 1: Cozy double bed by Hästens and high-quality built-in closet.
Bathroom 1: New and modern shower room.
Bedroom 2: Bright single bedroom with a built-in closet and TV. The single bed can be extended to accommodate an additional person in just a few minutes.
Another spiral staircase leads to the attic:
Bedroom 3: Open-concept double bedroom under the cabinets, featuring a sofa, TV, and closet.
In the basement of the house, you’ll find:
Bathroom 2: New and modern shower room.
Relaxation room with two loungers and a sauna (coin-operated) for your exclusive use.

Grundsätzlich eine solide Unterkunft, nur sämtliche elektrische Küchengeräte müssten mal dringend erneuert werden. Insbesondere der Herd und der Backofen "haben ihren Dienst" mehr als getan. Auch die Teppichböden unter dem Esstisch und im Wohnzimmer "rufen nach Erneuerung." Auch die Lichtschalter im EG sind alt und sollten erneuert werden.

Es war nahezu perfekt. Sonnenterrasse, Eigene Sauna, Eigene Wasch-und Trockenmaschine. Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Strandkorb, Parkplatz, ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Es fällt schwer was Negatives zu finden.
