The Space
This two-story single-family home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Downstairs: 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom — perfect for guests who prefer fewer stairs.
Upstairs: A large master suite with a private bathroom and double-sink vanity, plus three additional bedrooms sharing a full bath.

We had a wonderful stay at this Merritt Island home. The house is near perfection and is very accurately depicted in the photos and description provided by the host. Dare I say, it is the perfect getaway on the Space Coast?We appreciated how clean and well-maintained the house was. It was well-appointed and had everything we could ever need. We were in awe of how well stocked the kitchen was.The bedrooms were very comfortable and decent-sized, with high-end bedding. The living room/TV room was extremely comfortable as well and highly functional. Perfect for lounging, TV watching, or playing board games. We did all of this. The screened lanai was a big hit. We loved all the seating options. If you have never experienced a canal home, you are in for a treat (within minutes of arriving, we spotted a dolphin). Sunrise and sunset over the canal did not disappoint. You will definitely get plenty of opportunities for stellar pics (worthy of making your family and friends back home jealous).The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, on a well-maintained residential side street. Yet it is very conveniently located. It is only 45 minutes to and from MCO, and it is right off the Beachline (528). Walmart and Walgreens are about 5 minutes away. Publix, CVS, Starbucks, and many other conveniences are all within ten minutes. The host stayed in touch and was available to provide any assistance we may have needed - but we needed and wanted for nothing.
