The house was very clean, large enough for 10 ladies to sleep comfortably. Nice kitchen with stocked dishes, plates, bowls, pots & pans. Blender, coffee pot, microwave & toaster were useful. Plenty paper towels, toilet paper & garbage bags. Pool floats were in the shed. many chairs outside. The hot tub, pool & water view were wonderful! The only issues were the step down flooring in the living room and different level outside pavers by the pool area before the Tiki Hut and going down to the dock. The pool doesn't have a handrail. We all enjoyed our weekend visiting this coast! The owner Mike was very helpful if we had a question.

Very nice and clean house.Has hot tub and heated pool. House on canal.Great location. Close to shopping and beaches.25 min to Kennedy Space center.Close to awesome catamaran private tour.Owner very helpful.

We hosted out sons 1st birthday party and had a bunch of family stay with us anf everything about the place was amazing!!! Pulled my boat up to the dock. Caught some fish, swam in the pool and enjoyed every single part of our stay!!

The stay that this location was amazing just chilling by the pool and having a clean house to stay in with no worries was fantastic. Some great highlights were the tiki bar and the hot tub, the pool was heated which made swimming incredible, this house also had a Alexa which makes it easy to listen to music and not have to go in the house wet. I almost forgot the amazing view from the dock, we got to see dolphins and manatees which was so amazing 😍, This house was fully stocked with anything and everything you could ever need minus the food, so no need to to over pack. There is so much to do in Cocoa Beach I would highly recommend this Airbnb. The owner is very nice and accommodating and is there to answer any questions that you may have while staying here. I can’t wait till next year to rent this Airbnb again.
