Located in a quiet residential area, just 3 km from the historic centre of Garda and the beautiful shores of Lake Garda, the Luna holiday apartment is the perfect choice for a holiday that focuses on relaxation and comfort.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a modern new-build building with a communal pool and a large, fully enclosed green area.
The residence consists of 3 apartments, of which only 2 are available for rent, and two reserved covered parking spaces are available.
Living Area
The entrance opens onto a hallway that leads to the kitchen. Along the way, there are two bedrooms and a modern bathroom.
The living area is newly and elegantly furnished and features a dining table for four people, a sofa and a satellite television. Outdoors on the lake view terrace, there is a table with 4 armchairs for outdoor meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and microwave to ensure maximum comfort during the stay.
Bedroom
The first bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, satellite TV and access to the side garden through a balcony door.
The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe and offers direct access to the terrace with a view of the lake.
The apartment is completed by a spacious bathroom with a shower.
