Renovated in 2024, it offers full amenities for a comfortable stay. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to grocery stores and various restaurants. The 2,200 square feet of living space provide plenty of room for both short and long-term stays.

Yes, but we have no responsibility or guarantee to receive your letters, shipping, delivery.
Other things to note
The property is privately owned, the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Numbers of staying cannot exceed numbers of guests booked.
Home cannot be occupied or used for any commercial or business purpose without prior approval.

-NO SMOKING. no smoking inside the house of any substance, including VAPE or e-cigarettes. A $200/day penalty will be incurred if any signs or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest check out.
-Any damage made to the property or furnishings which exceeds deposit amount will be billed to the guest.
-We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. If garbage disposal or any part of the plumbing is damaged or clogged during the guests stay, the guest will be responsible for the plumber’s fee at check out.
-All items in the house have been accounted for, any item removed from premises will charged to the guest at check out.
-Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Housekeeping will wash all the laundry.
-Damaged or severely stained linens, furniture and carpet will be billed to the guests at check out.
-Please be mindful when moving oversized items into the rooms. Damaged doors and walls will be charged to the guest at check out.
-If kitchen utensils are used, please put them in the dishwasher before you check out. Kitchenware is sanitized for the next guest to use.
-According to your order number, we provide the appropriate number of bath towels.
-You can check in any time after 3:00pm or check out before 11 am. We do not offer free early check-in or late check-out. It will be charged $50 per hour. If you have special needs, please contact us in advance.
