Very comfortable holiday home equipped with 5 bedrooms for maximum 9 people located on the heights of the village of Warmifontaine (Neufchâteau).
This 4-façade holiday house welcomes you for a pleasant stay with all the comforts! It is a 2005 construction located in a quiet residential area with a pavement, plenty of parking space (4-5 cars) and a garage.
The front and back of the house offer a nice view of the surrounding countryside.
Its private garden of 800 m² is oriented to the south and west to enjoy the sun all day long.

The living space consists of a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining area in the extension and a comfortable and bright lounge area. You will also find a raclette machine, essential for any winter stay worthy of the name, and you will also have a De Longhi espresso coffee machine.
