The location is breathtaking - surrounded by beautiful nature! The accommodation is bigger and nicer than what the photos show. The garden is significantly bigger and fully equipped for bbqing outside. The rooms are ok and very spacious, but the wardrobes are of poor quality and with some damages. There are two bathrooms but one of them has a broken shower so we could only use one for 16 people... The kitchen was very dirty (the oven was really filthy) and the rest of kitchenware were of very poor quality, for example the knives did not cut at all. The most uncomfortable issue was the extremely high quantity of flies inside the house. It was not pleasant to eat in the dinning room with so much flies around. The house has a great isolation of noise and temperature, so we were never cold and if someone was playing music in the living room, people in the bedrooms could not hear it.

A nice place for a group vacation in the Ardennes.
The host was helpful and flexible. There is a BBQ, small garden and a sauna. The place is spacious and simple. The location is nice with some activities nearby (trails, bike routes, store with local cheese and ice cream...). We paid little extra costs.
There was some issues with the hot water during our stay (the heating system and sauna were not affected). The extra costs calculations are not very clear, so an estimation of the costs per day would be helpful. An extra entrance key for bigger groups would be a nice addition.
