About this house rental
A MCM style home with all the luxuries of being a brand new zero carbon, eco-friendly build with EV charger.
When we are not renting it out, this is our home filled with designer furniture along with art, books, records from the 50s, 60s, and 70s that inspire us.
We looking forward to sharing it with you!
The Space - The house is located a 7 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs and only 4 minutes to the beautiful public Escena Golf course.
Enjoy uninterrupted views of the San Jacinto mountains and Chino canyon from the pool and hot tub. There are plenty of shade options available, from napping under the courtyard’s 40+ year old olive tree or dining under our state of the art pergola with mood lighting and retractable roof.
Bedrooms - The house has 2 dueling master bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. There are also 2 other bedrooms that share a fun Jack & Jill bathroom (think the Brady Bunch!) and a central powder room off of the pool stocked with towels. All bedrooms have private patios, TVs, sheer and blackout curtains.
Kitchen - For those of you who like to cook, inside we have a beautiful large brand new kitchen with KitchenAid appliances and induction cooktop. Outside, under the pergola, we have a large gas griddle for making group breakfasts.
Living Room - The living space is a modern open concept with plenty of room for entertaining. The house is stocked full of games, records, and there's a 75 inch smart TV above a statement fireplace (vapor, so very family friendly).
Yard - The professionally landscaped yard features a gas fire pit, 250 square foot patio with retractable roof and lights, pool with hot tub, sun loungers, and local humming bird friends.
Location - House is on a main street and near the airport for easy access. Aviation enthusiasts will love seeing a range of jets and planes fly through the clearstory windows, we always enjoy them!
Parking - Guests will be allowed to park in the garage, which also has EV charging. We also own the adjoining lot so there is ample parking and space to turn around your car. Or if you decide to drive to Palm Springs there is enough room for an RV or Camper to park while staying at the house.
Pool Heat - There is an optional fee for heating the pool to 84 degrees.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you would like pool heat, so we can be sure the pool is ready for your arrival. The fee is $75 per night (all nights req. of booking). Spa heat is included.
Pets - Pets are allowed with an additional $100 per pet per stay. Two dogs max of any size, and no cats please. Yard is fully gated.
And if you are looking to stay for special occasion for 4 nights or more and the dates are not open yet, please feel free to reach out.

Quiet hours outside from 10 pm – 10 am.
Renter must be 25+.
