Summary:
Palm Springs pool living at its best. Relax in this modern Spanish-style rancher perfectly located in the city of Palm Springs. Situated on a quiet street and close to the best restaurants and nightlife in the valley.
Lounge poolside while enjoying the view of nearby San Jacinto mountains. The beautiful private backyard is a perfect place to unwind and cool off from the warm desert sun. Or turn on the jets to relax yourself in the spa/hot tub.

The Space:
While the desert sun is shining, you will always have a place to relax and unwind on the spacious patio and yard. There is also ample shade with a generous covered area, perfect for outdoor dining and melting into the couches with a good book or cold drink.
There are a total of 4 luxurious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, featuring marble counter tops, and double sinks off of the master. 3 of the bedrooms feature King size beds and 1 bedroom has a Queen. All bedrooms have televisions with Roku for guest login to your favourite streaming apps.
Enjoy the modern, open concept family room and fully equipped chef-friendly kitchen with a separate dining area with a large marble table to enjoy a quiet dinner or to entertain friends and family.

We stayed at the house for a week over March Break with my brother and his family. Our group was four adults and four kids ages 4-8.
When we were looking for properties we had very specific criteria given that we were two families with younger kids.
My highlights of this property:
- Pool is perfect for little kids. Two shallow ends and it narrows in the middle where it is deeper.
- Hot tub fit various groups of people comfortably and warmed up quickly.
- grassy area for kicking the ball around
- 3 / 4 beds were King size, and every room has a tv. This was crucial to our sleeping plan.
- lots of outdoor pool furniture for lounging
- outdoor table for 8
- working bbq
- comfy sofa with a working fire pit for evenings
We have had some not great experiences renting through companies. I intentionally sought out a property managed by the owner. John is a terrific host! Very responsive and considerate.
The only drawback to this property is location. It is under the airport flight path. Our kids loved that actually and we enjoyed taking about the different types of planes and imagining where they were going, but if you’re sensitive to noise you may want to consider if this is the best place for you to relax. Its also not walking distance to any restaurants, but with 4 young kids that was not our priority - Costco is a 20 min drive, and there is a nice kitchen and large fridge :)
Overall, it was a great time and we would definitely stay here again.

This was a great property for a weekend getaway to enjoy some sun and hang out by the pool. Everything we needed was in the house.

We are already planning our next trip down - it was such a great weekend! The house is large, clean and well stocked! The pool made for the perfect Saturday of fun. They even had pool floaties in the garage for us to use if we wanted. 10/10 communication and experience!!!

The house is lovely, but it needs some updates; they need to change the mattresses, and the outside umbrellas and showers were broken.
