VILLA CAMPESTRE - CATANIA AREA
Located within a short drive from Catania`s airport, a sandy beach, the town of Acireale and the picturesque seaside villages of Aci Trezza and Aci Castello, and also Mount Etna with its characteristic foothill villages. Not far from the villa there are also Giardini Naxos, Taormina and the enchanting baroque towns of Catania and Syracuse, this is a great property to enjoy Sicily.
The villa is develops on two floors and consists of a separate Taverna and a Main House.
TAVERNA
The ground floor of the property consists of a Taverna with kitchen, fireplace, laundry room and bathroom with shower. This is a perfect area for al-fresco meals and evenings surrounded by your loved ones.
MAIN HOUSE
Taking 16 steps up from the Taverna area, we access the first floor of the main house. There, we find a large living room with dining area, the kitchen and one bathroom with shower.
On the second level of the main house, we have the sleeping area where we find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and tub, two double bedrooms, and one separate bathroom with shower.
Outside we find a large private swimming pool (18m x 5m – depth 1m to 2m - open from 01/04 to 15/11, depuration: salt) with sunbeds and a lovely garden. The tavern has a laundry area, dining table, chairs, a fireplace, an additional bathroom and a barbecue.
