We were a family group of 4 adults all over 65 years old. Salvo's home was absolutely beautiful, well-appointed, very clean, and the view of Mt. Etna was incredible! The location was very convenient for visiting all the beautiful little towns in this part of Sicily. Only 30 minutes from the airport, and we easily drove to Cefalu, Taormina, Acireale, Siracusa, Ostigia, Catania, Aci Castello, Etna, Enna and more. The home has 4 very spacious king bedrooms, 2 with en suite full baths. 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom. Another half bath on the lower level, and a full bath out by the pool. The grounds around the house were lovely, as was the very well appointed outdoor living space. Wonderful pool and outdoor space in the summers. All the rooms in the house are very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need to prepare meals for the family. It was also very convenient to have use of a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Salvo was a gracious host and always very responsive to our needs. We highly recommend Salvo's home and we would absolutely stay here again if and when we return to Sicily.
