The apartment is located just opposite a Franprix and a few meters from a large Carrefour supermarket.
The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable living room equipped with a double sofabed and a television. The adjoining dining room has a large table that can seat up to four people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: cooking plate, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes.
You will also find a washing machine for added convenience.
The accommodation has one bedroom, furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (double – 140 x 200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. There's also a large mirror and closet to settle in comfortably.
The bathroom is equipped with a slipper bathtub and a mirror.
The toilet is separated.
The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.
The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.
Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.
For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
